Role: Lead UX designer / Usability Engineer for Siemens Healthineers Molecular Imaging.
Addressed user and customer needs through research, design, and testing, collaborating with international teams spanning software, hardware, engineering, and healthcare domains.
Handled visual, interaction and UX design, UX research, instructional content development, and training. Efforts divided between SPECT & PET image acquisition, Diagnostic Image Analysis applications, and internal applications for support engineers. Recruited UX talent domestically and internationally and pioneered the UX internship program.
