Siemens Healthcare

Role: Lead UX designer / Usability Engineer for Siemens Healthineers Molecular Imaging.

Addressed user and customer needs through research, design, and testing — collaborating with international teams spanning software, hardware, engineering, and healthcare domains.

Handled visual, interaction and UX design, UX research, instructional content development, and training. Efforts divided between SPECT & PET image acquisition, Diagnostic Image Analysis applications, and internal applications for support engineers. Recruited UX talent domestically and internationally and pioneered the UX internship program.
