Fractional: Ongoing design-operations or program leadership for organizations that need the capability now, but are not yet ready to make a full-time hire.
Advisory: Practical support for product leaders moving AI beyond isolated experiments and into everyday operating practice, from intake and prioritization to reporting, forecasting, governance, and workflow design.
