PerfectServe is a healthcare solutions provider specializing in secure messaging among care staff, physicians, and patients.

I led UX and visual design, and conducted hands-on UX research through on-site and remote interviews and usability testing, with frequent direct contact with physicians and care teams. I collaborated closely with agile product development teams on both web and mobile applications as well as non-web services (hospital pager systems, for instance).

Clinical Event Push (administration)

Interviews, sketching, wireframing, advanced prototypes, and feature development for clinical event notification workflows.

Clinical Messaging App

Interviewing nursing experts, hospital administrators, and physicians — concept wireframing, prototype testing, and remote usability tests for the core secure messaging application.
